Unhappy with this practice. I took my daughter here cause Dr. Johnston had 40+ yrs of experience. Even though there were more affordable places, but still I paid more money to get advantage of Dr. Johnston's experience. When we came in for a consultation and when I paid the first portion, they didn't tell us that Dr. Johnston is retiring. Dr. Johnston only placed the little rubber band spacers & assistants took impressions for an expander. The next time we were in for an expander placement, we met Dr. Meagan .We got shocked😲 to hear that Dr. Johnston retired & the new dr bought the practice. Not professional at all. This was not an over night decision. They should have told us. 3rd session, we are here and another Dr. Name Dr.Michelle is here 🤦🏻‍♀️are you kidding me? Very unhappy with this place .They should have informed us on the day of consultation that Dr. Johnston was retiring soon. Dr. Johnston and his staff should have been more transparent with us and let us decide if we wanted to proceed with the new owner and her associates or not. I didn't pay 5k+ to have random doctors work on my kid. We already paid a big portion and now we are stuck here. At least, I hope we end up wi

Not a good experience. Over corrected my son’s teeth causing his smile to be off-center. When I asked them to fix it, they were defensive and rude. After trying to fix it, he ended up with a cross-bite. We had second opinions to confirm that they messed up his bite by comparing original images. I found the technology to be very dated compared to other orthodontist we have used and the personal attention is lacking.

Talk about making an impression! This office welcomed us for a consultation and even though they would be considered out of network for us, I feel as though overall this office will be niece's ortho home for the next couple of years. Super professional, knowledgeable staff, superbly clean and well organized office with a personable and pleasant Orthodontist. I don't have braces but geesh! I need to figure out how I can go here. Very impressed with this office and the care they have taken of their practice.

I would recommend everyone to go to Johnston Orthodontist. The entire staff is very pleasant and explains in full detail what is needed and the full process of what you are getting done. I actually fell asleep while Alana was putting the braces on. She's phenomenal, gentle, and very informative. Dr Johnston is amazing and he does not rush. He will inform you of each and everything that you need. Gianna is very nice and explained every step of the photos she took and xrays. She is great at what she does. Deitra welcomed me with a smile as soon as I walked into the office. It really matters in a business when there's someone that cares, is very polite, respectful, and welcoming. I've had nothing but great encounters each time I've come to the office to be seen. I would give 100 stars if I could.

Dr. Johnston is amazing! I came to him not knowing how my teeth would turn out and fully trusted the team. I was in traditional braces for 2 years and 2 years later I get compliments daily about how perfect my teeth are. I’m a smiler so I am so happy about my facial profile now! My daughter has a few issues and I would not be taking her to anyone else but the best! Thank you all so much ❤️
